Once a workspace has a dozen segments wired together by automations, saved searches, and qualification steps, nobody can hold the flow in their head. Which segment feeds this campaign? What is blocking leads from reaching it?
The segment view now includes a relationship graph: which segments feed which, where qualification moves leads on, and where a blocklist stops them. Answering "why is this campaign not receiving leads" becomes a matter of looking at it.
