What one experiment costs

One campaign against a 3% threshold, sized to prove it works if the true reply rate is 6%: a 2-step sequence from 3 mailboxes, with roughly 50% of the companies you research turning out to fit. The numbers are computed from the same test the Signal Check uses to reach its verdict, and from today's connect costs.

We size one campaign, not two variants against each other: a single campaign reaches a verdict on the target with far fewer emails.

Start with a delivery test

Before you subscribe, find out whether your emails reach the inbox. A reply rate means nothing if the messages land in spam.

  1. Buy a domain and a mailbox from inside Sellvance — DNS and authentication are set up for you.
  2. Send 100–150 emails to a small, well-chosen segment.
  3. Read the Signal Check's delivery verdict before you commit to a full experiment.

It costs a domain plus the connects for those emails — no plan needed.

How connects work

Connects are the internal unit for work that has a real cost to run: adding a lead from the database, researching a company, enrichment, writing and sending an email, and hosting a mailbox. Plans include connects every month; top-up packs add more on a pay-as-you-go basis, with or without a plan.

Carry-over

  • While you're subscribed, unused connects never expire — included and top-up connects alike.
  • Without a subscription, connects expire 60 days after you buy them, or 60 days after your subscription ends, whichever is later.
  • Connects that expire soonest are spent first.

One-off connects packs you can buy at any time, with or without a plan, when an experiment needs more than you have. They follow the same carry-over rules as included connects.

Yes, at any time from the billing page. Your plan stays in place until the end of the month you've paid for. After that, the connects left in your balance stay spendable for 60 days, and your account moves to the free tier's capacity. Nothing is deleted, and we don't refund partial months.

Upgrades apply straight away, with the extra included connects for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at the end of the month. Moving to a smaller plan never deletes workspaces, mailboxes, users or campaigns — you just can't add or activate more until you're within the new limits.
