Sometimes the leads you've built up need to leave Sellvance: a list to share with a colleague, a sheet to check by hand before a campaign, or a CRM import. Until now the only way to get them out was to copy them page by page from the lead table.
Every list now has an Export button. Pick a filter and a view, then Excel or CSV. The file has the view's columns in the same order, sorted the way the view sorts, with only the leads the filter keeps. Archived leads stay out unless you are looking at them. Values are written in full rather than shortened as they are in the table, and in Excel, dates and numbers are real dates and numbers you can sort and sum. The file is named with today's date and the list name, and you can change the name.
Large lists export in the background, so you can keep working. When the file is ready, a notification pops up with a download link, on whatever page you are on. These notifications now appear for every background job, including lead imports.
Exports are kept on the Files page, formerly Uploaded Files, next to the CSVs you upload. Everyone in the workspace can now open that page and download from it. Uploading and importing are still for admins. It is in the Leads menu, along with Background jobs.
Exports are also available through the API and MCP as segments_export.
