Generating six hundred personalised messages takes minutes. Reviewing them, one page load at a time, took an afternoon — which is how review quietly becomes rubber-stamping.

The message workspace was rebuilt around bulk work:

  • Select many and act once — approve, unapprove, delete, or send now.
  • A drawer that opens the full message in place, so you can read one closely without losing your position in the list.
  • Message review inside the campaign step view, where the context of what came before it lives.
  • Validated status transitions, so a message cannot be moved into a state that makes no sense — no approving something already sent.

Filters narrow the list to what needs attention: only the ones awaiting review, only the ones a spam check flagged, only a particular step.
