Cold outreach runs from mailboxes nobody logs into. That is correct for deliverability and terrible for actually noticing when a prospect replies.
Sellvance now connects to those mailboxes over IMAP and:
- Forwards genuine replies to the address you nominate, so you work from your normal inbox and never sign into a sending mailbox.
- Checks the spam folder for your own outbound mail, which is the earliest reliable warning that a domain is going bad.
- Deletes old processed mail on a configurable schedule, so sending mailboxes do not fill up and start rejecting.
Forwarding is deduplicated, so a reply is forwarded exactly once even when several mailboxes see the same thread.
