A notification saying somebody replied, without the reply in it, forces you to go and look. Multiply by a busy week and you stop reading the notifications.
Forwarded engagement emails now contain what you need to act:
- The original message body inline, so you can read the reply in your inbox and decide whether it needs you.
- The prospect's real address in the From field, so replying goes to the human rather than to a robot.
- A
[New Reply]subject prefix on first replies, so you can filter, label, or route them in your own mail client.
Forwarding is deduplicated and file-locked, so one reply produces exactly one notification even when several mailboxes see the thread.
