Deliverability is a property of your infrastructure, not of any one campaign. But the pieces that determine it — which domains you send from, which mailboxes sit on them, whether their DNS is correct, how much each one sends — were scattered across per-campaign settings with no single place to see them.
Sellvance now has an Email Infrastructure section, built on two objects:
- Domains — the sending domains you own, with their DNS state, verification status, and the mailboxes that belong to them.
- Mailboxes — one record per sending address, merging its SMTP and IMAP configuration, its send limits, and its health.
Everything deliverability-related hangs off these: DNS verification, health checks, reputation checks, quota allocation, and reply forwarding. One place to answer "can I safely launch a campaign this week".
