When a lead replies or you need to follow up outside a campaign, you had to leave the platform — copy the address, open your mail client, and hope the threading held together. Now you can compose and send a message to any lead directly from the message inbox or the lead detail page.

Compose & reply from the platform. A new Compose button appears in the message list and on each lead's Messages tab. Pick a lead, choose a mailbox, write or load a template from any sequence in the workspace — variables, AI snippets, and spintax all resolve the same way they do in campaigns. You can send immediately, schedule for later, or save as a draft to review first. For inbound replies, a Reply button pre-fills the lead, the subject line, and the mailbox that sent the original thread.

Per-mailbox sender name & signature. Each mailbox now carries its own From Name (the display name in the recipient's inbox) and an optional plain-text Signature that is appended to every outgoing message. This replaces the campaign-level "Email From Name" field — different mailboxes can present different identities without creating separate campaigns. A bulk action on the mailbox list lets you set the name and signature across many mailboxes at once.

Edit approved messages. Messages waiting for delivery (status Approved) can now be edited — change the subject or body, or revert the message to draft with the new Revert to Draft button. Only messages that have already been sent are locked.

Unsubscribe support for manual messages. Insert an {unsubscribe_link} placeholder in the body. At send time the link is resolved and the standard one-click unsubscribe headers (RFC 8058) are added — the same flow campaigns use. Recipients who click it are marked unsubscribed at the workspace level.
