A campaign-level reply rate tells you a campaign is underperforming. It does not tell you whether the opener is being ignored, whether follow-up two is where people give up, or whether nothing is arriving at all.
The campaign dashboard breaks the campaign down by step: sent, delivered, opened, replied, bounced, and unsubscribed at each stage of the sequence, with the drop-off between stages visible.
That turns a vague "this campaign is not working" into a specific question. A healthy step one and a dead step two is a follow-up problem. Weak numbers everywhere, including on step one, is usually not a copy problem at all — it is placement, and the infrastructure checks are where to look next.
Charts cover sends and engagement over time, so you can see whether things changed or were always like this.
