DKIM setup asks you to generate a keypair, keep the private half secret, and paste the public half into a TXT record without breaking it across lines. It is a step where a small mistake produces a silent failure.
For domains managed through Sellvance:
- DKIM keypairs are generated automatically during email DNS setup. You never handle the key.
- Fix DNS repairs any failing record with one action — it works out what the record should be and publishes it, rather than telling you what to type.
- DKIM and DMARC verification was corrected for managed domains, so a passing check now genuinely means passing.
Records are set correctly the moment a mailbox is provisioned, so a new mailbox is not briefly broken while you catch up on DNS.
